Today I'm using an image from the collage set Boo-Tiful Halloween and I decided to fussy cut the image of the sweet girl and her cat. As you can see on the pics below I made the star paper stand out by folding the edges in a z shape. I also added to small strips of paper to make a stop so that I can add a gift card or maybe a small treat.
