August Blog Hop - with Pretty Cute Stamps

I'm showing a card I made with the set called "Birthday Mouse".

The adorable mouse is colored with Spectrum Noir markers. I sewed some patterned vellum to pink cardstock, leaving the top open to be able to add maaaaaany sequins. Then I closed up the top and added the mouse and some bling. I love the contrast between the cute mouse and the numbers on the vellum.

August release - with Pretty Cute Stamps

It's release time again! The August designs will be available on Friday the 12th when we have our August release Blog Hop. Please join us! And don't miss out on this months freebie - details last in this post.

Here is a little little sneak peek of one of the new sets from PCS. There are more peeks on the PCS blog both today and the post from yesterday.
I'm showing a birthday card with an adorable turtle from the new set Birthday Turtle.

The cute hat is an image of its own in the set and I added it to the turtles head to make him a little more festive :-) A tip, though, is to place the hat behind the eyes and head. The image is colored with Spectrum Noir Markers and the background is a stencil and distress inks in a pattern suited for a turtle in my opinion.

Smile - with Oddball Art

New challenge in the Oddball FB group! Join the group and enter the challenge :-)

I used the super cute "Silly Sally Smiles" (image No. 307) and colored her with Spectrum Noir Markers. I added some different paper and doilies and finished off with some really cute enamel dots. The "smile" text on Sally's shirt is handwritten. The digi set does come with several awesome sentiments but my printer had it in for me so I had to write by myself :-)
